Team Horizon is seeking a Senior-Level HR Business Partner for a client in Dublin. In this role, you will be a key site HR leadership team member - sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure that we deliver best-in-class HR programs and initiatives.

What you will be doing:
- Partnering with the site senior leadership team to provide expert HR guidance in coaching and building a strong community of leaders while developing sustainable relationships that positively impact the site's success.
- Collaborating with the broader HR team to deliver a comprehensive strategy ensuring positive engagement with our employees, strong culture awareness and business growth.
- Working closely with your site team and wider Ireland HR leadership team to build alignment across HR departments and functions.
- Designing and driving the Talent Management strategy for the site.
- Partnering with our Talent Attraction, Onboarding, Diversity and Inclusion, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Employee Well-Being, Communication and Change Management teams to ensure robust service delivery at all stages of our employees’ life cycle.
- Managing and delivering multiple culture and employee engagement initiatives to ensure positive employee relations.
- Proposing, developing, and executing continuous improvement projects to ensure our client is a Great Place to Work and all product areas of the business (ophthalmology, aesthetics, and neurology) are fully integrated.
- Building on the solid culture of reward and recognition onsite - engaging and promoting the achievements of the diverse employee resource groups and forums (Vitality, STEM, Corporate Responsibility, Equality Diversity & Inclusion etc.).
What you need to apply:
- Degree-qualified (HR or other relevant disciplines) and ideally hold a master’s and/or have CIPD membership.
- 5+ years of dedicated strategic HR experience so that you can be the SME for your leaders. You can share examples of how you have collaborated and excelled in an HR matrix environment at the senior leadership level, managing multiple key stakeholders and delivering on their expectations.
- You will demonstrate extensive experience in designing and implementing integrated Talent Management Strategies.
- Possess a diverse and inclusive mindset with the ability and experience to balance and drive HR and site goals, locally and globally.
- Have previously used a data-driven, evidence-based approach to drive decisions demonstrating the value of the HR function.
- You will be recognised as an HR expert with a broad network that can be leveraged for benchmarking and gaining critical industry insights that can add value to the business.
