What you will be doing:
- On-time delivery to customers
- Management of the monthly budget against a challenging balance scorecard.
- Use proactive tools (Safety Observations) to drive a zero-lost-time injury culture and safety culture within the organization.
- Drive improvements through process capability enhancements.
- Maintain and improve on the Baxter Tiered Meetings approach.
- Ensure day-to-day governance in pharmaceutical and regulatory fields follows cGMP and Audit Ready behaviors.
- Initiating NCR / CAPAs with full investigation support in collaboration with the Quality team.
- Drive effective problem-solving and support on-time NCR / SNCR /CAPA closure.
- Coach and mentor employees to ensure adequate performance in their roles.
- Promoting and driving a continuous improvement culture with quantifiable Year-on-year savings
- You need to improve performance following performance goals and daily operational protocols.
- Bringing technical skills and expertise to support various departmental functions, such as aseptic compounding, leading all aspects of facility and equipment maintenance, leading stock handling, and optimizing workflow.
- To ensure the unit aligns with all corporate quality system policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the budget within the unit and financial management of the business, including implementation of continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
What you need to apply:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
- Experience as a Quality Manager in an aseptic processing or sterile manufacturing site.
- Experience communicating with Regulatory Authorities and Senior Management.
- Regulatory Audit experience.
- Experience chairing meetings efficiently and reaching decisions/actions stage effectively.
- Experience coaching, mentoring and training personnel
- Excellent Supervisory and Management skills.
- Good interpersonal and people / team management skills.
- Strong problem solving and investigation skills.
- High professional standards, meticulous and demonstrates attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated self- starter and team worker.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and ability to manage a wide range of specific tasks.
