Project Manager
Team Horizon is seeking a Project Manager for a leading pharmaceutical company based in South Dublin.
Project Manager (Senior)will oversee the management, maintenance and make some modifications to engineering drawings, ensuring GMP compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards. This role involves liaising with the internal project management team and external vendors to manage drawing updates to existing drawings and assist with the intake of newly create drawings as part of the project.
Project Manager (Senior) would assist with the Turn-over process and ensure incoming drawings are to the required accuracy and in line with site, industry & regulatory standards.Why you should apply:

What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage drawing updates as part of a significant expansion project.
- Maintain an organized and secure system for storing drawings, schematics, and related documentation (e.g., P&IDs, equipment layouts).
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards such as cGMP, FDA, EU regulations and client standards.
- Ensure engineering drawings adhere to internal standards, industry guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the engineering, facilities, and production teams to ensure accurate documentation of existing and new equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies to obtain and validate technical documents.
- Act as a point of contact for all drawing-related queries and ensure timely communication of updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee resource allocation and workload distribution to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain version control and documentation in line with company standards (equipment tagged, drawing numbering etc.).
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline drawing office operations.
- And any other duties as assigned.
What you need to apply:
- 5+ years of experience in a drawing office or technical documentation role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
- Proven construction management experience from project inception through to handover.
- Demonstrated experience in a GDP Compliant environment advantageous.
- Proven track record of managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit).
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (cGMP, FDA, EU).
- Strong knowledge of facility layouts, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams in pharmaceutical operations.
- Solid leadership skillset and experience working in a team environment, embracing an interdependent working culture that delivers results.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Technical report writing and communication/presentation skills.
