What you will be doing:
- Contributing to the design and planning stages of projects.
- Assisting in the production of technical and contractual documents.
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the project team to achieve project objectives.
- Learning and adhering to company-specific standards and processes.
What you need to apply:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Minimum three years practical experience in civil, structural, Healthcare, or commercial projects.
- Experience managing and developing CAD/BIM drawings for various projects, including healthcare, if possible
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Trimble, Bentley etc.
- Understanding BIM processes and standards is essential for public works projects. (Idea of ISO-19650)
- Solid understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
